Canines First is in Deep Ellum, on the edge of downtown Dallas just west of Good Latimer. Canines First has a big advantage over other training facilities located in the suburbs or rurally. Being located in Deep Ellum allows behavior and training expert Susan Strough access to a variety of sights and sounds to which dogs may not otherwise be exposed.
Many dogs come to Canines First with fear or dominance issues. The city offers everything a dog and behavior expert need for rehabilitation and desensitization. There is no greater distraction than walking through streets full of people, cars and construction to refine a dog's obedience and improve his socialization.
